The first half of 2026 has marked a strong and exciting start to the year for the NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers team. With three successful closings already completed, four additional properties currently under contract, and 18 active listings nationwide, our team continues to see meaningful momentum across the outdoor hospitality sector.

Beyond transactions, NAI OHB remains deeply engaged within the industry at a national level.
