Background & Experience
Bob is a commercial real estate veteran who brings 23 years of experience in brokerage to his practice. His commercial real estate experience spans numerous products including apartments, land, mobile home parks, retail, office, and industrial properties. During his career in brokerage, Bob has advised on and closed over 200 transactions valued in excess of $600 million. His clients range from owner-operators, family offices, private REITS, real estate advisors, lenders, and real estate entrepreneurs. Bob is now focusing his business in the outdoor hospitality industry, most specifically on advising owners and buyers of RV parks and campgrounds.
Bob specializes in the outdoor hospitality industry, with a focus on advising owners and buyers of glamping resorts, park model lots, RV parks, and campgrounds for sale or purchase. Jesse graduated from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2013 with a BS/BA in economics and marketing. After joining the team in 2019, Jesse has since cultivated a robust market knowledge in outdoor hospitality for his regions of specialty. Jesse has transacted on 15 properties across six states in the last 24 months, totaling approximately $50 million.
Jesse utilizes his years of past sales experience as a logistics broker at the largest privately held freight brokerage firm in the US, his continual training, and tireless study of the market to assist clients in achieving their investment strategy goals. He has helped the NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers’ growth and reputation in the marketplace, becoming a leading voice for the outdoor hospitality investment industry. Jesse’s proven track record of sales success, in addition to his energy and high level of service, has enabled him to successfully serve owners and buyers of glamping resorts, RV parks, and campgrounds for sale or purchase. As a Colorado native Jesse enjoys all that the Coloradan outdoors has to offer including skiing, rafting, hiking, and camping.

Sean Wood

Background & Experience
Sean graduated from the University of Colorado Denver in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. During the past six years, Sean has served in the Army National Guard in 2017 he was stationed in Five Hills, Mongolia to participate in a multination peace support operation exercise. Sean has a passion for real estate and his previous experience includes working in the residential real estate sector focusing on value add investments in the Greater Denver Metro market.
Sean is an Associate Broker with NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers specializing in outdoor hospitality in the South East United States. He prides himself on his work ethic and market knowledge and he will go to all lengths to assist every client in achieving their investment goals with glamping resorts, RV parks, and campgrounds for sale or purchase. Maria Piper

After graduating from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2012 with a BS/BA in International business and business ethics and legal studies, Maria moved to New York City where she worked in the luxury sector for ten years. During that time, Maria held the position of Director of Digital Strategy and Marketing and oversaw one of the world’s largest multifamily development and management companies. She was directly responsible for over $700 million in asset turnover each year. In this role, she honed her skills as a digital professional with a passion for data and building strong, profitable, and strategic relationships. During her tenure in the Northeast, she also discovered her love of the Adirondack and Appalachian Mountains, visiting and climbing the 46’ers in the Adirondacks and most peaks in the Appalachians.
Through her creative thinking, proven marketing approach, and communication abilities, Maria prides herself on delivering an exceptional experience throughout the sale process and in doing so provides the highest possible return for her clients. Maria is passionate in her goal to assist clients in their investment paths with glamping resorts, RV parks, and campgrounds for sale or purchase. Her enthusiasm extends to her passions of scuba diving, skiing, mountain biking, and most other outdoor activities.

Furthermore, Ed has dedicated over two decades to serving on two non-profit leadership boards, leveraging his expertise to raise funds and recruit exceptional individuals to steer these organizations towards success. Luke Prosence
Operations Manager
Background & Experience
Luke is the Operations Manager with NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers, leveraging his professional experience in the field of workflow operations. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BS in petroleum engineering, Luke returned to his home state of Colorado and began his career. Luke’s expertise in workflow operations stems from his time managing the administration of group health plans for small businesses around the nation.
During his time in small business group health plan administration, Luke was praised for identifying opportunities to improve the operational status among various teams within the organization. Luke was hand-selected to design new processes for growing teams and integrate these processes into existing workflows, vastly improving the practical efficiency of these teams. With an eye for detail, Luke discovered reporting leaks resulting in audits of vendors, audits which Luke designed and managed, directly saving companies hundreds of thousands of dollars on an annual basis. During his tenure, Luke was trusted to plan and execute numerous complex projects, the majority of which, aimed at improving the workflow operations of a given team.
When Luke is not focused on operational improvements, he can be found in the mountains of Colorado enjoying his favorite outdoor activities such as skiing, rafting, camping, and hiking.
Dave Lipsiea
Business Development Manager

Dave received his B.S. in Management from St. John’s University (MN) and an MBA from St. Cloud State University. He served in the U.S. Army as both an enlisted soldier and as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve. With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience developing, operating and selling apartments, a hotel and restaurant, and most recently a successful RV park/resort in Colorado – he understands the challenges and satisfaction of owning/operating a business.
Dave takes pride in developing a strong working relationship with RV park owners and utilizing his extensive experience in the RV park and hospitality industries in order to help them position and eventually sell their property at maximum value.
Dave and his wife, Julie, have six adult children and split their time between ND and Texas. In his spare time, he is an avid long distance hiker and very average but enthusiastic pool player.
